In just over a month, Shreveport voters will go to the polls to choose a mayor.

The focus of the campaign has been crime and quality of life in Shreveport. But there's also been an emphasis on jobs and economic development. Many political observers expect incumbent Ollie Tyler to make the runoff, but four of her challengers are in a heated race to also make the runoff.

The candidates have been going full steam ahead all summer. There have been several forums across the city to given local residents a chance to meet and here from each of them. You will soon have to make a decision on how you plan to vote.

Let us know who you would pick if the election were today:

Election day is Tuesday, November 6th with the runoff set for Saturday, December 8th.
