You can pick up fresh fruits and veggies and many other items at the Bossier market every Saturday thru November. The Bossier Market is open from 9am-1pm in the south parking lot of Pierre Bossier Mall.  The Bossier event was voted #1 Farmers Market in Louisiana 2023 and #2 this year.

What Will You Find at the Farmers Market?

Of course you can snap up fresh local veggies and fruits. But you will find so much more. They have baked goods, salsa, jams and jellies, honey, pickles and handmade goods, art, plants, gulf shrimp, coffee, leather/woodwork and so much more.

Food Trucks at the Market

The foods you can try include Cajun, Cuban, Chinese, Mexican, and Venezuelan cuisine. You can grab some fresh squeezed lemonade while you wander through the market. You will also find BBQ, tamales, gator bites and real fruit smoothies.

Other Activities at the Bossier Market

There will be face painting and balloons and many other kids activities. You will also find live music at the market.
The Bossier Market is also pet friendly (on leash). New vendors jump in each week, so you never know what might pop up.
