Caddo Correctional Center Booking Photos August 22nd-28th

This week, 76 people were booked and kept at Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes.

One of those booked was arrested for rape of a juvenile.

A man has been arrested on four counts of First-Degree Rape following an investigation by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit (SVU).

38 year-old Jermey Shane Gramm, was arrested after investigators received a report regarding the alleged sexual abuse of a child. The victim, who is currently 8 years-old, was 6 years-old at the time of the alleged offenses and was believed to be nonverbal during that period.

During therapy, the child learned to communicate verbally and later talked about the alleged abuse to her counselor. The counselor subsequently reported the alleged abuse to the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), resulting in assignment of the case to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit.

As part of the investigation, a forensic interview was conducted at the Gingerbread House Children's Advocacy Center in Shreveport. During this interview, the child provided details about the alleged abuse.

Gramm was arrested and charged with four counts of First-Degree Rape. He was taken to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on those charges.

The investigation is ongoing.
