Sen. Barrow Peacock Questions New JDB Funding Plan

State Senator Barrow Peacock talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty questioning the state DOTD's plan to fund a new, four lane Jimmie Davis bridge and wants to know where monies previously set aside - and supposedly unspent - have gone.

Peacock also discusses the the numerous repair delays on the current span, including the still controversial, EPA "barnswallow" rule and how the Shreveport-Bossier area can compete with New Orleans and Baton Rouge for limited state transportation dollars.
