Mayor Glover Set to Attend Shreveport Council Meeting
He's been gone from public view for a while, but today, Mayor Cedric Glove is expected to attend the Shreveport Council work session. Two months ago he fell outside a local school, tearing both quadriceps muscles. The injury required surgery on both of his legs. He was hospitalized for several weeks and still faces a long road of physical therapy. But he's ready to get back to work in person rather than on teleconferences. The council is set to vote this week on next year's budget.
