Here Are the Results of the KEEL Mayoral Poll

As we get set to host a forum with the top 5 candidates in the Mayor's race, we wanted to take a look to see how the candidates are doing in our latest KEEL poll.

We remind you, this poll is unscientific.

Lee O. Savage leads with 68% of the respondents. Jim Taliaferro is in second place with 18% while Steven Jackson and Adrian Perkins each garner about 5% of the vote. Incumbent Mayor Ollie Tyler is a distant 5th with 1.5%

Two candidates have dropped out of the race. John Paul Young has endorsed Jackson, while Ken Krefft is leaving the race to take a job at the VA. Tremecius Dixon, Anna Marie Arpino, and Jeron Rogers are the other candidates in the race.

The election is November 6th with the runoff set for December 8th (if necessary).
