Wind gusts over a hundred miles-per-hour swept through California Sunday. No deaths have been reported, but at least two firefighters are being treated for burns. The Kincade wildfire continues to torch more than 54-thousand acres of land... prompting mandatory evacuations affecting nearly 180-thousand people.
