A veteran Shreveport Police officer has been placed on administrative leave.  Chief Willie Shaw took the action against Joey Willis after learning that Willis has been indicted by a Shreveport federal grand jury.  The U.S. Attorney's Office says Willis was indicted for concealing assets from his creditors in the course of his bankruptcy proceeding and making false statements under penalty of perjury and under oath.  Willis is 46 years old.  He's been on the Police Department since March of 1990.
