Been in radio in Shreveport for nearly 30 years. You can hear me doing the news on several of our stations. But much of my day is spent as half of the morning team on KVKI with Robert J. Wright. I have 2 sons and 1 dog (Tiger). I am originally from Baton Rouge and get down there as often as I can to visit Mom and take in an LSU game.
I was born near here, actually, in the little east Texas town of Palestine. My Dad was in sales, so before moving to Shreveport when I was in high school (Jesuit HS) we lived in cities all over the South, sort of a preparation for my broadcasting career. I got into radio after a couple years of college, I've lived in 15 different places and have been fired nine times - including twice in one day from two different stations.
