The Song That Put Donna Summer on the Map[Video]

Some reporters are too young to remember that before there was "Last Dance," there was "Love to Love You, Baby." 

Donna Summer's biggest hit was released in 1975 ,  a good three years before "Last Dance."   "Love to Love You Baby" was the song playing in the junior department at the clothing stores, when we as teeny boppers were shopping for those bell bottoms and platform shoes.

The Queen of Disco blaring over the speakers, and sounding like she was having an....well, you decide.

Here's a rare recording of my favorite Donna Summer song taken from YouTube.  It's from "Soul Train" with Don Cornelius, and it really brings back some of those 70s memories.
