Shreveport Police Arrest Three for Domestic Violence

The Shreveport Police Department has been working hard to make arrests concerning Shreveport's domestic violence cases.

On September 8, 2025, officers arrested Victoria Landman on one count of Domestic Abuse Battery. The arrest happened on College street. Back in August, Officers were called to that same area to reports of a brutal hit-and-run where they found a man later identified as Landman's boyfriend, sprawled on the ground screaming in pain. An investigation revealed that the boyfriend had been running from Landman when she struck him with her car. The man had severe injuries to his leg as a result.

Also on September 8, 2025, Keyuntay Murphy was arrested on domestic violence warrants. Murphy was accused of strangling his child's mother while striking her in the head, in front of four small children. His charges include Domestic Abuse Battery by Strangulation, four counts of Battery of a Dating Partner with Child Endangerment, and Narcotics offenses.

And, on September 7, 2025, officers arrested Latarjawar Mosley during a domestic incident. Moseley was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery and Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment, as children were around during the offense.
