Whether you want a dog park or not, you could be paying to not accept it.  If the Dog Park Alliance goes forward with plans to sue the mayor, Shreveport taxpayers will be footing the bill for Mayor Cedric Glover's defense.

City Council Chairman Michael Corbin says that since the mayor is being sued as a government official, the city's taxpayers must provide his defense.
