Shocking Dash Cam Video Shows Teen Shot By Chicago Police [VIDEO]

A dash cam video showing a Chicago police officer allegedly shooting and killing a teenager has been made public for the first time.

LaQuan McDonald, 17, is shown walking down the middle of a Chicago street, when confronted by police.

Officer Jason Van Dyke, who supposedly fired the first shot, has been charged with first degree murder. McDonald, who died later at a nearby hospital, was shot a total of 16 times.
