School Board Member On Fair Park, BTW Merger

Caddo Parish School Board member Barry Rachal talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty on the board's controversial 8-4 vote to merge Shreveport's Fair Park and BTW high schools.
