Parents of students at a local school are furious over a situation involving drugs brought by a student.

Two weeks ago, we reported that the Caddo School Board was considering closing three schools. Now, following a vote, it is official.

Caddo Parish School Board members in self quarantine after at least one member tests positive for the virus. At least one member remains hospitalized.

This number is INSANE!

During the last year school year, many schools were forced to closed down because of the spread of the flu.

Allison Jones is a Shreveport attorney representing Fair Park alumni and parents who are challenging the proposed merger of Fair Park and BTW high schools.

The Fair Park Alumni Association, along with several other community members,  have filed a lawsuit against the Caddo Parish School Board in an attempt to stop a merger with Booker T Washington High School. The Association says that the merger violates equal protection requirements of the 14th Amendment and students at Fair Park have not been given the tools needed for a proper education... Read M

A former transportation buyer for the Caddo Parish School Board was arrested Tuesday on charges stemming from the misappropriation of at least $260,000 in public funds.
