Property Deals Causing Strife in Allendale Community [VIDEO]

The battle over I-49 and the inner city connector is causing lots of strife in the Allendale Community in Shreveport. A local businessman was escorted out of the the Shreveport City Council meeting this week after talking about this subject.

And now we are hearing reports about secret meetings and land deals that some might call shady. We do know it's legal for you to buy adjudicated property, but we do have questions about who gets this information and do some people get the heads-up before others. Much of this property has been purchased for $1 a lot.

We spoke with Bishop Larry Brandon of Praise Temple about this issue and the problems it is causing in Allendale.
