Perkins says:

I was contacted by a member of the local Get Out to Vote team to record a robocall endorsing the Governor. I called a preselected automated service from my personal cell phone and followed the provided instructions. I had no knowledge of, or involvement in the call's setup, logistics, or the number from which it was supposed to be dispatched.

We have again reached out to State Democratic Party Chairman Karen Carter Peterson to get more details about how these calls are set up. She told us she will check with the company to find out how Council Chairman Jerry Bowman's city issued cell phone number was the one used on these thousands of calls.
