Congressman Mike Johnson talks about recent remarks by New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez about white supremacists in the House of Representatives.

I'll say it. It's insane," says the Congressman, referring to the Congresswoman's comments that during the recent Capitol riot, that she didn't feel safe in the secure location with Republican members of Congress because they sympathize with white supremacist cause. "(Democrats) are weaponizing this end every other event and further dividing the American people. There is no limit to what they will do. They exploit every opportunity because they seek political advantage. To say that she was at risk...from her own colleagues is just beyond the pale."

"And this is what the real problem in Congress is right now," Johnson continues, further criticizing Ocasio-Cortez and her far left colleagues, "In 2018 when AOC and "The Squad" came in...they changed the entire atmosphere of (Congress). It's completely toxic because of people like her. They are intentionally doing it, no intention whatsoever of working with anyone on the other side of the aisle. They even threaten people on their own side of the aisle. They did not come to advance the ideals of America. They came to tear the institution down from the inside out. That's where we are right now and that's why the stakes are so high."
