The man who allegedly tried to run over a narcotics agent Wednesday night in west Shreveport is now in custody. 34-year-old Quintrel Bledsoe was identified as the man who tried to run over an officer with his car as he was attempting to elude agents who were investigating illegal narcotics sales in the 4200 block of Joe Louis Street. Bledsoe was arrested at his home without incident and now faces one count each of illegal use of a weapon and resisting an officer with force. The Chevy Impala believed to have nearly hit the agent was located behind Bledsoe's home...and was in the process of being painted.
