First Look at Humor & Harmony Festival Ticket Pricing

Over the last few months the City of Shreveport and business mogul Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson have been building a partnership to bring his G-Unit filming operations to the city. We now know the deal for his company to take over the old Millennium Studios in downtown Shreveport is locked in, but we're also learning about 50 Cent's bigger picture.

Not only will the G-Unit brand take on the downtown studios, they have also started acquiring more property in Downtown Shreveport. With multiple reports saying that his team is far from finished buying property in the area.

One of the biggest things 50 Cent has planned for Shreveport is his Humor and Harmony Festival. This looks to be an expansive event that will take over large parts of downtown Shreveport, as well as Independence Stadium. With tickets starting this week, beginning with a pre-sale on Thursday. Then full tickets will go on-sale to the public on Monday.

There has been a ton of speculation about the cost of the tickets since the first names started to leak out. Some online have claimed to have insider knowledge, and said tickets will start at the $500 mark. However, we know that's not true.

Today KEEL News learned from 50 Cent's PR team that tickets for the Humor and Harmony Festival will start at $35.

We don't know how high tickets will get, and its not unrealistic that tickets could reach the $500+ mark for some level of VIP status. But as far as the basic opening price of a ticket goes, it will be $35.

Various public officials have provided a schedule of events for the weekend. Here's an overview of what you can expect:

The Big Bowl Comedy Show will take place at Independence Stadium.
