Governor John Bel Edwards is touring the state on his re-election campaign bus.

The governor is traveling the state meeting with supporters to drum up interest in this fall's Governor's race. He's been meeting with teachers and veterans, and he is taking his bus across the state.

Edwards faces two major GOP challengers on the October ballot: U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham of Richland Parish and Baton Rouge businessman Eddie Rispone.

He kicked off this latest tour in his home town of Amite in Tangipahoa Parish.

Edwards says "We're much better off than we were four years ago, but we've still got work to do. Join my team at johnbelforlouisiana.com and we can keep moving Louisiana forward."

The Governor will join us on KEEL Thursday morning in the studio from 7:20 to 7:30 and we have lots of questions for him. But maybe you have a great question we should ask.
