Political analyst Dr. Jeff Sadow from LSU Shreveport tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty that Governor John Bel Edwards bears most of the blame for for the legislative session that JBE himself termed "an epic failure." In fact, Sadow says, the Governor is not only to blame, but possibly manipulated the session's gridlock to call for another legislative spacial session.

Sadow also tells KEEL listeners that it is the Governor's goal to grow the size of state government and, to do that, needs more funding, i.e., tax increases.
