DOTD Boss Talks About Problems Facing Fibrebond with Bridges

Now that we know Fibrebond is considering moving to East Texas because of troubled bridges in Northwest Louisiana, KEEL News wanted to find out what the state is doing to try to save the jobs.

DOTD Secretary Dr. Shawn Wilson tells KEEL News he is aware of the problem and he will be working to find a solution. But he says one big question is the cost and how quickly the state can get the repairs made.

We do have questions about how long Dr. Wilson has know about this problem.  Fibrebond leaders say they wrote a letter to Dr. Wilson and the Governor in February, but this issue is only come to a head now because of the Governor's race.
