City Councilman Michael Corbin talks wit 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin about House Bill 667. The bill, authored by by Shreveport Rep. Cedric Glover, would create a "Redevelopment Board" for the city that would include the power to "incur debt. levy taxes and call elections to do so."

Corbin also tells KEEL listeners that he thinks that Glover's bill "originated in Shreveport", and his thoughts on how - and if - the board would bypass the powers normally vested in the City Council .
