Debate Over Caddo Commission Retirement Rages On [VIDEO]

There has been an interesting and heated debate taking place over the past few days regarding the Caddo Commission and their retirement plan. Yesterday, a report from the Louisiana Legislative Auditor stated that the plan in question is unconstitutional.

The audit stemmed from a lawsuit filled by political analyst Elliott Stonecipher, who wants to stop commissioners from receiving further benefits and the money returned to tax payers.
