Bossier City police have arrested a woman and three other adults because the woman's 3-year-old son brought illegal drugs to the head start center he attends. Police say the boy pulled a plastic bag of marijuana out of his pocket and showed it to a teacher. Turns out, he also had another bag of marijuana and a bag containing 36 Xanax bars. Police went to the boy's home on John Wesley Boulevard where they arrested his 22-year-old mother, Jennett Flournoy. In the house, police found a stolen handgun and cigars that are commonly used to make marijuana blunts. Three other people -- 28-year-old Angela Jenkins, 20-year-old Jessica Flournoy, and 18-year-old Ellis Flournoy -- were also in the house and they, too, were arrested. All four face a laundry list of charges.  The 3-year-old, along with a 9-month-old boy and an 11-month-old girl, were taken by Child Protective Services.
