Caddo Commissioner Speaks Out On Proposed Pet Fee

Caddo Commissioner Mike Middleton tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty that he backs the proposed pet fee currently being considered by the Commission. But, Middleton says, the proposal must call for a one time fee, not an annual registration.

Middleton tells KEEL listeners that he thinks the Caddo shelter is doing a good job and that the pet fee, if passed, will help improve the facility and lessen the workload on the staff.
