The COVID-19 test is really a breeze. There's not much to it. And at one local drive through testing site, you actually do-it-yourself. You can watch me go through the process from start to finish and it only takes about 4 minutes.

I really feel a little bit guilty going through the drive through Coronavirus test site in the Walmart parking lot. But when I logged on to the Quest Lab site to see if I qualified to get the test, I did meet the criteria and they scheduled me for a test Monday morning.

The drive through Covid-19 testing site in Shreveport is now open to the public, but you do have to have an appointment before showing up. To register for your appointment, log on to myquestcovidtest.com. You will have to answer a few questions so they can determine if you are eligible to get the test.

My results should be back in 2-3 days. I'm 99% certain I am negative, but you never know. I have been having some headaches (which I never have) and this past weekend, I was running a low grade fever.

There is no out-of-pocket cost for the test, But you will be asked to provide insurance information if you have health insurance.
