Staff at WK Pierremont Health Center lined the halls to celebrate the first COVID-19 patient to improve and leave the ICU.

Sharon, a positive COVID-19 patient, has been in the ICU requiring ventilator support. She was removed from the ventilator and transferred to another non-critical COVID-19 floor where she remains under isolation precautions. WK is grateful for her progress and excited to share this positive report.

So great to see this kind of success story today. I know the health care professionals are thrilled to be able to see improvement.
