Wanted Man Surrenders

An 18-year-old Bossier City man has turned himself in to Shrevevport police. Rickey Darnell Williams is the man Shreveport detectives believe fatally shot 27-year-old Jasmine Hall late last week in the 300 block of Boulevard Street. Detectives say they think Williams and Hall's husband, Brandon Reed, got into a fight over drugs and, during that fight, Williams pulled a gun and fired the shot that struck and killed Hall. Williams faces a charge of second-degree murder. He's being held on $250-thousand bond.
