Bossier Sheriff’s Office Arrest Man for Sex Crimes With a Juvenile
Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office arrested a 32 year-old Ruston man following an investigation into a report of sexual abuse involving a minor.
Earlier this week, Bossier Sheriff's Office arrested 32 year-old Frasier Hogan of Ruston, following an investigation that began after the Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office notified BPSO of a report involving alleged sexual abuse that happened in Bossier Parish.
The victim reported that at 14, they met an adult male through social media who identified himself as a coach at Ruston High School. The man traveled to Bossier Parish to meet the underaged teen, where the two engaged in sexual intercourse.
Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office collected evidence that supported the victim's statements, along with additional evidence related to the alleged offense. The investigation ultimately led to Hogan's arrest.
Hogan was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility on Oct. 6, 2026, on two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and one count of computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
His bond is set at $450,000.
From BPSO:
"The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are possible as detectives continue their investigation. Hogan remains in custody in Claiborne Parish on other charges, with a detainer placed on him for the charges in Bossier Parish."
