
Bossier City Man Arrested For Child Sexual Abuse Material
A Bossier man is behind bars after an online tip leads to a disturbing discovery on his digital devices.
48 year-old Jeffrey Luckett, of Bossier City, was arrested back in May following an investigation by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force into the possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
The investigation started when information received by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children regarding suspected possession of CSAM. Investigators executed a search warrant at Luckett’s residence and collected several electronic devices, including laptops, iPhones, and external hard drives.
During the search, Deputies also found suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a .22 caliber revolver. Additional suspected drugs were collected and submitted for laboratory analysis.
Luckett was arrested and booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility. He was initially charged with:
• Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (3 Counts)
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Illegal Carrying of a Weapon
Luckett's Bond was set at $30,000.
Following a forensic examination Luckett's electronic devices, investigators filed additional charges later in May including:
• Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (150 Counts)
• Sexual Abuse of an Animal (3 Counts)
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are possible. The Bond has been set for all current charges totaling $305,000.
