Two People Shot in Shreveport’s Ingleside Neighborhood

Shreveport Police are currently investigating a shooting call that has left a male and a female injured. Shreveport Police Department had 7 units working this call and SFD had 6 units on scene.

This call came into dispatch around 11:47 p.m. from Desoto Street and Fairy Avenue, which is located in the Ingleside neighborhood. When first responders arrived on the scene, they learned that a male victim was suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm and shoulder. A female victim was grazed by a bullet in her arm. He has been transported to Ochsner Health Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
