Teen Arrested In Fatal Shooting

18 year old Damarcia Clark has been arrested for shooting and killing 17 year old Joshua Clark Tuesday morning. According to police, the pair were sitting in a car parked on Barret Street when the shooting happened. Police believe Damarcia was mishandling the gun and it accidentally went off, fatally wounding Joshua.

Damarcia was arrested and booked on charges of manslaughter.
