SHREVEPORT, LA-  Shreveport police need your help in their search for a man wanted for theft from a bank.

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public to assist in the investigation of a theft from a local bank in the 1500 block of East 70th Street, on August 1st, 2023, around 3:35 p.m. Detectives with the Shreveport Police Property Crimes Unit responded to the scene and began their investigation.

Detectives have obtained footage of the suspect in the offense. The male in the photos is observed snatching money off a cart and then, fleeing the scene on foot. We are asking for the assistance of the public in identifying the man.
