Louisiana State Senator Barry Milligan talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the recent move by Texas State Police to stop vehicles from Louisiana at the state border, the increased availability of COVID 19 testing across the ArkLaTex and his presence at meetings of the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.

Milligan says the actions by the Texas State Police has him (and other Louisiana officials) "scratching their heads." While commercial traffic from Louisiana is allowed to enter the state freely, Pelican State motorists are, in some instances, being held up and required to fill out forms accounting for their travels inside the state.

The Senator also addresses more and more citizens being tested and the increased availability of those tests who think they may be suffering from Coronavirus.
