Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the latest Coronavirus information and answers questions regarding the possible effect on services and dollars coming into the city's coffers.

The Mayor gives encouraging news to Shreveport citizens, reminding everyone, "Don't be afraid. We are not going to panic. We are prepared. Make sure (citizens) are adhering to the guidelines and we will overcome."

The Mayor adds that despite the anticipated drop off in tax dollars coming in, there will be no interruption in major city services, including police and fire, trash pickup and water and sewer services.
