The March of Dimes is hosting their annual March for Babies this Saturday, April 29th at the Loyola Athletic Complex. The 'march' is 1.5 miles with registration at 9am and the walk starting at 10am. Proceeds from the event will help support research, services, education and advocacy in the fight against prematurity, birth defects and infant mortality

The symbolism is especially poignant for this event. So many babies aren't able to take their first steps and this Saturday, you can take the first step to helping to support healthy babies!

The event is superhero themed so tie on your cape, wear your Underoos and get ready to enjoy a family-friendly event with tons of activities for the kids.

Celebrate your healthy children by helping others who aren't as lucky. Premature birth is the #1 killer of babies in our country and those who survive suffer from a plethora of other health issues. The March of Dimes has worked for 75 years to help give babies a healthy start to life.
