Louisiana Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the new "Feed Your Soul" campaign, a marketing - imaging designed to reach out across America and bring more tourism to the state.

Nungesser told KEEL listeners that said the new slogan tells potential tourists that Louisiana's culture, food and recreation will make for a memorable getaway for visitors of all ages.

Nungesser adds that the state's new tourism slogan will be introduced across the USA on Mardi Gras, with state sponsored "Feed Your Soul" food trucks serving king cake and handing out the traditional beads and cups in cities including Atlanta, Dallas and Houston.

The new Louisiana "Feed Your Soul" campaign was created by the internationally known Miles Partnership marketing firm, following months of extensive research and focus group testing.
