Marjorie Esman, Executive Director of the ACLU of Louisiana, tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin that her organization has released a statement claiming that Bossier Parish Schools and Superintendent Scott Smith are guilty of numerous violations of the United States Constitution.

Esman tells KEEL listeners that her group stands with organizations like The Freedom From Religion Foundation and others who accuse Smith and the parish for preemptive actions taken in response to the possibility of National Anthem protests by student-athletes. In addition, the Executive Director accuses Bossier schools of "forcing prayer on students in school" and says that school officials are "deliberately breaking the law."
