The Brine Grand Opening at Bossier City’s Louisiana Boardwalk: What to Know
Bossier City foodies, the wait is officially OVER! If you’ve been counting down the days like I have, grab your calendars right now because Chef Gabriel Balderas is finally opening the doors to The Brine at the Louisiana Boardwalk!
Ever since word got out that Chef Gabriel (the culinary mind we already know and love from El Cabo Verde) was bringing a brand-new contemporary Southern concept to the riverfront, I’ve been dying to see what he’s been cooking up. And folks, Friday is finally the big day!
The community has been invited to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting this Friday, October 2, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The official party kicks off right at noon, with opening remarks starting around 12:15 PM and the ribbon cutting happening at 12:30 PM alongside Mayor Tommy Chandler, representatives from the Bossier Chamber of Commerce, and Chef Gabriel himself.
Here is everything you need to know to join in on the celebration:
When: Friday, October 2nd,12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Ribbon cutting at 12:30 PM)
Where: The Brine at the Louisiana Boardwalk (201 Boardwalk Blvd, Bossier City)
What to Expect: Live music, incredible eats, signature house-crafted cocktails, and unmatched riverfront views all afternoon long.
What makes The Brine so special is its focus on thoughtfully sourced ingredients, approachable Southern flavors, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe right on the Red River. Plus, it’s connected to The Picklr Bossier City, making it the ultimate new spot to gather with friends, grab lunch on the patio, or sip cocktails by the water.
Bring your family, call your friends, and come spend the afternoon celebrating the newest jewel on the Boardwalk. I’ll see y'all on the riverfront!
