All across Shreveport-Bossier, there is a layer of yellow dust everywhere on everything. It is springtime and that means allergies are brewing for many. So how can you keep the suffering to a minimum? You could load up on over-the-counter medications to handle the symptoms, but there are other options.

  • Wash bedding in hot water every week and shower before going to bed since pollen can collect in hair.
  • Put on a mask and clean every surface in your home.
  • Wash your rugs!  Pollen can collect there.
  • Change your air filter
  • Or, just resort to medicine.
