Governor John Bel Edwards has outlined his plan to address the fiscal cliff that we are facing next year.

Edwards says he has made cuts of more than $600 million dollars and he has found savings of $300 million dollars. He says revenue measures passed by lawmakers are only temporary, but now those taxes roll off the books on June 30th and something needs to be done now.
