Bossier police spokesman Louis Johnson tells KEEL News officers got a welfare concern call at that location. Officers arriving on the scene found a male dead in a car at that location. He says there is no information yet about how this man died or where this might have happened. We asked Johnson if this could have been a suicide and he said that is a possibility. But he says police will be working the case as a homicide until they learn more about what happened to the man.

Crime scene crews have been on the scene for much of the morning. Bossier detectives will be gathering video footage from businesses in the area to try to gather clues about what happened in this case.

The victim's name has not been released as it is too early in the investigation. We don't know if the man was shot or how he actually died.
