CORK Wine Festival Tickets Selling Fast

CORK: A Red River Revel Wine Event heads back to Festival Plaza at the end of the month, and if you want to go...you'll need to get your tickets soon. Revel Director Kip Holloway says they're going fast, and the event gets bigger every year. This year, several new restaurants and a new wholesaler are participating. It gives even the non-wine-connoisseur a chance to sample wines from all over the country, and enjoy some great food and live music. Holloway calls it a great way to spend a springtime afternoon. The wine-tasting event is Saturday, March 31st, from 2 until 5 p.m. and tickets are $75 for individuals...but only 1,600 of those will be sold. There's also a Glassware Seminar going on at 12:30 the same afternoon at Riverview Hall. Tickets for THAT are $50. AND, if that wasn't enough, the Premier Wine Dinner is going on Thursday, March 29th, at Eldorado Resort Casino. That begins at 6 that evening, and tickets are $150 each.
