Caddo School Boss Explains 5% Raise Plan [VIDEO]

Caddo Parish Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lamar Goree tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin about the plan to give a 5% raise to all Caddo school employees.

Dr. Goree tells KEEL listeners that his plan will not require additional funding, but will be paid for in great part by savings in the parish's insurance plan and because of federal rules changes in the school lunch program.
