Bossier Chamber to Hold “Pack the Bus” School Supply Drive
The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an event to ensure that no student in Bossier start school with no supplies.
The "Pack the Bus" school supply drive to benefit Bossier Schools will take place on Thursday, July 31st from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Walmart Supercenter on Airline Drive in Bossier.
The Bossier Chamber is asking for their business members to help out by making donations to make sure the bus is fully packed. This event will be for dropping off and donating school supplies only, and the "Pack the Bus" will not be distributing during this event.
From the Bossier Chamber:
"The Bossier Chamber of Commerce has supported the Bossier Parish School System by hosting a New Teacher Welcome for more than a decade and has hosted a school supply drive targeted at gaining business donations since 2019. These partnerships are another great way for the business community to support our local school system."
