Crawfish season is back and you can find mudbugs at several spots around Shreveport and Bossier City.

Some of your favorite spots don't have any crawfish yet, but they will in the next few weeks.

If you are thinking about doing your own crawfish boil, you will probably have to buy a minimum of a 30 pound bag at most of the tops restaurants in the Shreveport area.

You will find prices pretty high at most spots, but you can find a deal if you look closely. You can find live crawfish at several spots for under $4 a pound. For boiled crawfish, you will pay about6 $7.99 a pound. But we did find one place selling boiled crawfish for $3.99 a pound. But they all urge you to call ahead and put in your order.
