The Bossier Sheriff's Office says just before midnight, 51-year-old Sheena Engel of Sarepta was driving a vehicle on I-20 West with 56-year-old Stephen Bryant of Shreveport in the passenger's seat, when the two began arguing. Bryant told deputies he and Engel had been arguing since leaving Minden earlier, and he got mad when she started texting on her cell phone while driving. Bryant took the cell phone away from her, and she started striking and clawing him on the arm. So he hit her on the arm and pulled her hair. Engel stopped the vehicle, and Bryant got out and started walking down I-20.  She drove up behind him, hitting him with the passenger's side mirror. Bryant was charged with simple battery...but Engel didn't get it so easy. Deputies found a small baggie on her containing suspected meth, and pill bottles with an unknown assortment of pills in them. She was charged with aggravated battery and meth possession.
