New federal guidelines recommend that women now get mammograms ebery two years instead of one. Doctor Barbara Monsees, chief of Breast Imaging Section of Diagnostic radiology at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, says these new rules are cost related, and are the equivalent of Obamacare "death panels"!
